It’s official! The Conservatives are out of the race here in Lewisham East. Ladbrokes’ odds now put the Tories in a distant third place at 12/1. The Conservatives only have three elected councillors in the whole of Lewisham, and they have even chosen a candidate who doesn’t live or work here!
The Lib Dems are the only ones who can beat Labour here. Voting Conservative will just help Gordon Brown.
